Just to preface this, as part of my journey to be better, i have gone down quite the rabbit hole of gratitude. On suggestion on being better at gratitude is to have a gratitude journal, wherein you keep a list of things you're grateful for. I'm not quite sure if ill be able to get the recommended 5 new things each day, so maybe ill keep it to every 2 days?
